Small Group Training

Dave Lemanczyk specializes in teaching the Basketball STRENGTH physical exercise style in group sessions. In addition, the only other Certified Basketball STRENGTH performance coaches in the world are Bryan Bailey and Maurice Bailey. Our group sizes are traditionally capped off at twenty-four participants to ensure maximum attention to each individual. This means our student to instructor ratio is eight to one. These sessions are by appointment only. We are licensed and insured. Ages 12 and up. We offer incredible discounts on all Basketball STRENGTH products. Ask us about them!

Team Training

Basketball STRENGTH team training is a special blend of our own unique exercises plus the individual basketball skill drills to enhance the ability of all players immediately. This service is limited to teams of fifteen players. The student to instructor ratio with this service is five to one. Instructors present at all team training workouts are Dave Lemanczyk, Bryan Bailey, and Maurice Bailey. These team training sessions can be customized to meet the needs of any team despite age or ability. These sessions are by appointment only. We are licensed and insured. Ages 12 and up. We offer incredible discounts on all Basketball STRENGTH products. Ask us about them!

Telephone Consultations

Dave Lemanczyk is available for telephone consultations on a limited basis. This services benefits the basketball coach, performance coach, strength coach, personal trainer, or individual looking to understand how to go about implementing the Basketball STRENGTH system.

Summer Camp Consultations

Basketball STRENGTH demonstrations are a great way to strengthen your already successfull basketball camp. This service will include a lecture, demonstration and we'll put an offer on the table for you to make sure every single camper who attends can have copies of the program AT COST! Talk about a great value! Instructors present for these demonstrations are Dave Lemanczyk, Bryan Bailey, and Maurice Bailey. When looking to book our services, please act in the winter and spring months so that we can be sure to make an appearance at your camp. By appointment only and these services are extremely limited. In addition, this services is NOT restricted to New York alone.
